Advantage Travel Partnership reports strong cruise holiday bookings
Advantage Travel Partnership members have seen a spike in enquiries for cruise holiday bookings.
In October 2022, Advantage rebranded its dedicated members cruise community to ‘Latitude.’
It gives members all the tools they need to maximise sales.
As part of the rebrand, Advantage boosted its communication with members, sharing exclusive news, roundups and re-launched the Facebook group.
Latitude has been a success with 70% growth since the rebrand.
The success of the rebrand is showing in strong cruise bookings in 2023.
Average cruise holiday spend is up 25%, compared to 2022.
Mediterranean cruises are proving popular.
Short cruises of 2 to 4 nights to the Channel Islands, Le Havre and Amsterdam are also selling well even into 2024.
School holiday dates are currently being snapped up fast.
Advantage is also seeing demand for river cruises continue into 2023.
Jonny Peat, Commercial Manager said “Cruise bookings are bouncing back, and we are really encouraged by what we are seeing.”
“Since the launch of Latitude last year, we have had fantastic feedback from our members.”
Advantage also reports luxury operators are selling cruise holidays as far ahead as 2025.
