Aer Lingus lands in Denver
Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus has launched Denver flights.
The new Denver flight route marks the airline’s largest ever North American schedule.
Aer Lingus will run four weekly flights between Dublin and Denver the airline’s widebody Airbus A330 aircraft.
Flights have been timed to allow easy connections to and from the airline’s UK route network, including London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol and Liverpool.
This also gives British travelers the convenience of US immigration and customs pre-clearance in Dublin.
The ‘Mile High City’ offers a vibrant urban destination with natural beauty and year-round adventure.
Denver flight one-way fares from the UK start from £379 including taxes and charges.
“We are thrilled to commence our Denver route, another important milestone for Aer Lingus to drive forward our North American expansion,” said Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer.
“The new service is also of huge importance to the Denver region as Aer Lingus is the only European carrier that flies non-stop to Ireland.”
Situated against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is a leading destination for outdoor adventure from winter sports to summer hiking and horse trekking.
The city is awash with diverse culture and art, local craft breweries and a vibrant nightlife.
The Aer Lingus transatlantic service offers in-flight dining, entertainment and a generous baggage allowance.
