Airline forgot about dozens of passengers on airport bus

Airline Go First is in trouble after over 50 passengers missed their flight as they were left on an airport. bus
They were seemingly forgotten.
India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a show cause notice to the airline.
The regulator said ‘multiple mistakes’ were made with ‘a lack of proper communication and coordination.’
It could enforce penalties for ‘dereliction of regulatory obligations.’
The 55 passengers were left behind and stranded on the airport bus at Bengaluru Airport.
