India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a show cause notice to the airline.
The regulator said ‘multiple mistakes’ were made with ‘a lack of proper communication and coordination.’
It could enforce penalties for ‘dereliction of regulatory obligations.’
The 55 passengers were left behind and stranded on the airport bus at Bengaluru Airport.
