Icelandair has reportedly reversed its decision to sack all cabin crew and put pilots in charge of onboard safety.
The airline said over the weekend that pilots would temporarily take over cabin crew roles from today, Monday 20 July, until it recruits a new set of crew.
The extraordinary plan was hatched after after cabin crew voted against proposals for a five-year working agreement by a majority of 73:27.
Following the vote, 10 days ago, Icelandair said negotiations have broken down and could not be resolved.
However, it appears Icelandair has had a rethink and has offered a new deal, according to Flight Global.
