Amex finds new corporate travel head
American Express has appointed a Rosenbluth International executive to head of corporate travel in Europe after taking over the company last year. Ron DiLeo takes over as senior vice president, head of Corporate Travel Europe, based in London, with immediate effect. Mr DiLeo worked at Rosenbluth International for 25 years, and was most recently chief operating officer. Amex bought Rosenbluth in October last year. The Amex role was previously held by Kim Lewis who resigned in December. Amex president of Global Travel Services, Charles Petruccelli said: “I am delighted to appoint Ron to this role. He has a deep understanding of the travel industry and international management experience to lead this important business. He has played a significant role in the ongoing integration following the Rosenbluth International acquisition ensuring that we continue to meet or exceed customer expectations.”
