Best Workplaces in Travel returns for 2025
Leading employee engagement survey Best Workplaces in Travel, dedicated to the travel industry, is now open for entries for 2025.
It invites travel companies to participate in a unique survey to recognise the best places to work in the travel industry.
The Best Workplaces in Travel survey is the only employee engagement survey that asks employees what’s important to them first and foremost.
It asks employees what matters most, and what drives their sense of purpose and fulfilment.
This helps travel companies understand what their employees value most.
Employees then rate their employer on how well they perform in various areas, and answer several key questions, including an employee net promoter score.
The survey helps understand the drivers behind what engages employees, and shares these key insights.
“Our goal is to evolve to meet the needs of the travel industry, and we’re excited to announce some changes to the entry process and dates based on valuable feedback,” says co- founder Gail Kenny.
The survey completion deadline is May 30. All entrants will receive comprehensive employee survey and insights from partner, Korero workplace culture technology.
The Best Workplaces in Travel will be recognised at an award reception in London on July 7 at Grant Thornton.
Last year’s winners included Luxury Coastal, Global Travel Management, Ice Travel Group, Holiday Extras, Holiday Architects, SwimTrek and Saga.
“We’ve been entering Best Workplaces in Travel since its conception,” said Ed Pyke, CEO of Simpson Travel.
“The team makes it simple and easy to run, and the survey provides us with valuable insights to help steer our people focus areas.”
Best Workplaces in Travel has partnered with industry associations, including Focus Travel Partnership, Acriss, UKInbound, Expedition Cruise Network AITO, BTA, ABTOT, CLIA, and Future You Foundation, to promote the survey to their respective members.
“We are delighted to be collaborating with Best Workplaces in Travel and for those working in the UK’s inbound tourism industry, this will help shine a positive spotlight on their employers,” said Joss Croft, OBE, CEO of UKinbound.
