Brochurebank website overhauled
Brochure distribution and marketing services firm BP Travel Marketing Services has revamped its Brochurebank.co.uk website to help agents capture customer data.
Agents will be able to collect data from customers as they start planning their holidays by searching and selecting relevant brochures on the site.
Brochurebank can be integrated within agents’ websites, enabling prospective customers to select brochures even when the agency is closed.
BP claims that more than 70% of people who order brochures via Brochurebank go on to book a holiday through one of the slected brochures. The site claims around 100,000 visitors a month.
“With access to information about prospective holidaymakers, travel agents will be able to target their follow-up marketing activity in order to convert the enquiry as a bookings,” BP said.
BP sales and business development director Steve Martin described the launch of the revamped site as marking “the start of a new phase of online service development” by the company.
The site is also to accept advertising from tour operators on a monthly basis with opportunities to promote latest offers.
