An open-top double-decker tour bus slammed into the back of a MTA commuter bus in Manhattan.

The tour bus driver ran a right light.

The bus involved in the crash is operated by TopView.

Tourist buses have less strict policy on drugs and alcohol use before work and lax personal injury insurance policies.

Most of the passengers injured suffered cuts and bruises.

About 60 others were evaluated by medical personnel at the scene.
