Carnival opens sales for Celebration Key sailings
Carnival Cruise Line has put on sale hundreds of Caribbean cruises that will call at the new Celebration Key cruise destination in The Bahamas.
The exclusive destination will welcome its first cruise guests in July 2025.
Guests can now book cruises on the first 12 Carnival ships visiting Celebration Key in 2025 and 2026.
They depart from eight homeports including Galveston, Mobile, New Orleans, Baltimore, Norfolk and Jacksonville.
Multiple ships will also sail to Celebration Key from PortMiami and Port Canaveral.
“As the first port destination exclusively designed for Carnival Cruise Line guests, Celebration Key will provide the ultimate Carnival fun in the sun,” said President Christine Duffy.
“We are working to make this the premier exclusive cruise port destination in the Caribbean.”
Celebration Key is situated on the south side of Grand Bahama Island.
There is a mile-long beach, authentic Bahamian shopping and dining, and local excursions of Grand Bahama.
It features the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean offering various leisure activities.
Carnival ships will dock at an adjacent cruise pier that can accommodate up to two of Carnival’s Excel-class vessels simultaneously.
This gives direct access to the Celebration Key facilities.
Carnival will release more specific details on the phase one features in the near future.
