CitiDiscounts offers ‘virtually free service’

CitiDiscountsTM is a professional (yet virtually free) service for the Travel Facilitators of the world.
Whether you are an Online or Offline Travel Agent, Airline, Travel website or Car Rental Company you can now offer a brand new value added service that is virtually FREE to you and to your customers

Travel Facilitators can now offer online and offline customers a list of discounts from shops, bars, restaurants etc., negotiated by our agents around the world and branded in accordance to their own Logo and Company colours.
Our city-agents, located in popular cities and destinations around the world, negotiate special deals with leisure businesses (Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, etc). The agents develop and manage this List. The discount List is no longer than 2.5 A4 Pages as it consists of up to 50 selected offers per city/location. All information is held within the CitiDiscountsTM Database and distributed via unique software.

The CitiDiscountsTM service allows both Online and Offline Travel Facilitators offer lists to their customers.
By registering as an Online Travel Facilitator you will simply customize your list to contain your own logo and company colours, then simply copy and paste a HTML script into the Master Purchase Confirmation Email normally sent to your customers. There is no complex back-end integration required. This link does not bring your customer to any other website – it simply throws up a small window with your logo and asks for the tourists Name, the City List Required and their E-mail address. The customer fills in the details and within a few minutes an email is sent to their inbox containing the list of offers for the destination required.

Offline Travel Facilitators register in the same way and then must download a 10Mb application, which can be set up on any Windows PC and does not have to be connected to the Internet. The application once set up offers the Travel Facilitator the same functionality as the online version, with one difference – the details are filled in by the Travel Facilitator rather then their customer which is normal in the face to face scenario within which offline Travel Facilitators operate. The application connects to the Internet periodically and synchronizes with the most up to date CitiDiscountsTM Database of discount Lists.

The Lists can be Emailed, Printed or Both. The customized discount list will enhance both the brand recognition and customer service of the travel facilitator.
Both versions allow full reporting functionality. This means that each Travel Facilitator can measure the popularity and quality of the CitiDiscountsTM Service.
Within a few clicks a report can be generated on the number of discount lists requested for each city. The report also includes the contact details of each customer and when they were issued the list.

Both versions are automatically updated with new lists as they are added by the city-agents around the world. The city-agents remotely upload the special offers negotiated with Discounts Providers in the cities and popular destinations where they are based. Before the discount lists are made available to the worlds Travel Facilitators each offer and list is checked and re-checked in accordance to the CitiDiscountsTM Quality Management System (CitiDiscountsTM is undergoing ISO Accreditation). This is to ensure that the discount lists are free from any errors, which could lead to any tourist or traveler being confused or embarrassed in any way.

Travel Facilitators of all types are fighting in an increasingly competitive environment to sustain revenues within an ever-changing travel market. Recent world financial and political instability, have resulted in a decreased demand for travel. The only tool available to combat this fall in demand has been to offer attractive price cut promotions, which have resulted in smaller margins.
CitiDiscountsTM offers a virtually free service for Travel Facilitators allowing them to issue lists of destination specific leisure businesses, offering an invitation by way of a discount or special offer, which their customers can avail of during their stay. A true value added service that saves the Tourist money and is directly related to their Travel Facilitator as it is completely personalised. An ever increasing worldwide network of City Agents means that new destinations are added and become more profitable, as the lists reduce the over all cost of travel.
