Cornwall Airport Newquay announced the return of Copenhagen flights.

SAS will restart its seasonal service from June 2023 to Newquay.

It marks a major boost to the Cornish economy, the airport says.

Copenhagen flights will operate twice-weekly.

SAS will use its fleet of CRJ900s on the route.

The airline launched the route in 2019.

Amy Smith, Head of Commercial, Cornwall Airport Newquay commented: “Resuming the Copenhagen service reopens the Star Alliance network of over 70 onward destinations in Europe.”

The return of Copenhagen adds to Newquay’s growing European services which include Alicante, Dublin, Düsseldorf, Faro, Malaga, and Zurich.
