Creative Holidays has released its new 2006/2007 Canada brochure presenting Australian travellers with an extensive range of product and holiday ideas at competitive prices.

In 2006, Creative Holidays has extended its program offering new options including; new hotels in Vancouver, Whistler, Banff, Ottawa and Montreal, soft adventure options, new coach and rail journeys and a self drive tour around Vancouver Island as well as a City Passport discount booklet for savings on tours, attractions and restaurants.

Creative Holidays’ 2006/2007 brochure includes dedicated sections on Western Canada, Eastern Canada, Alaskan Cruising and Car Hire with information and holiday ideas including exclusive Mini Stay packages, small group touring, coach and rail tours and more.

Andrew Yell, general manager, sales, product and marketing, Creative Holidays said, “Travellers know what they want from their holiday and Creative delivers the product range, value, service and reliability which consumers demand, ensuring travellers can create their own kind of holiday.

“2006 sees Creative expand on its already comprehensive product with an extensive range of great hotels; from downtown city hotels to scenic five-star accommodation like the Fairmont properties. Plus, we have increased our coach and rail product range to offer more variety, choice and flexibility.

“Other key product includes the introduction of our soft adventure sightseeing tours in Whistler and the Canadian Rockies. As the popularity of less mainstream holidays continues to grow we have developed our self-drive itineraries and small group tours further which offers travellers the opportunity to get up close and personal to nature, ideal for the more adventurous.

“Our 2006/2007 Canada brochure is a one-stop-shop. It has all the tools needed to plan and shape various types of Canadian holidays – this will make it easy for travel consultants to sell to their clients.

“Like the trends we are seeing in bookings to America, we have seen significant growth in bookings to the east coast of Canada over the last season, in particular Toronto and Niagara Falls have surged. We are also seeing more and more travellers prolong their stay in eastern Canada choosing to travel to Quebec province, Quebec City and Montreal.

“In 2006 the Rocky Mountaineer will continue selling exceptionally well. Whistler will also be popular because Rocky Mountaineer has just launched its newest service between Vancouver and Whistler, the Whistler Mountaineer. Debuting in 2006, without a doubt it will increase publicity consumer awareness and demand.

“The 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin this year will also be important for Canada as Australians will start to think about the 2010 Winter Olympic site in Vancouver and Whistler – this will keep the destination top of mind for travellers.

“As the largest independent holiday specialist it is paramount that Creative Holidays deliver outstanding value, service and reliability to our clients above and beyond what is expected of us. Our 2006/2007 Canada product range has been designed to provide a wide-range of choices to satisfy consumers”.

Creative Holidays’ Canada brochure provides a comprehensive information source and research tool to help travellers plan their holiday and features destination information supplied by Lonely Planet including temperature charts, country and area maps, travel facts, country highlights and much more throughout.
