CSI Media Help Drive Visitors to the Travel Technology Show
CSI Media?s recent decision to partake in the Travel Technology Show at London?s Earls Court has proved to be a resounding success for the company.
Feedback from the show organisers was very positive, with CSI Media recording the 2nd largest visitor numbers of all companies exhibiting at the show. CSI Media were only outdone slightly by one of the worlds largest GDS?s.
Following the Travel Technology show CSI Media’s Marketing Director, Craig Stone said:- “We found the Travel Technology show fitted us like a glove, it was a case of customers visiting us at the right time and finding the right product. Solutions such as Travelberry have been a resounding success for CSI Media and it?s been very exciting to watch the company and product brands grow.”
Following the show, CSI Media are pleased to announce a number of the key successes:
? Feedback on CSI Media?s new call centre Dynamic Packaging system was immense. CSI Media’s Business Director Richard Nash said:- “We were inundated with enquiries for this system and found very favorable responses from the visitors to the Travel Technology Show”
? After showcasing their Dynamic Packaging tools such as Travelberry and Travelberry Lite, CSI Media have recorded record levels of Travelberry customer sign-ups at the show
? New Travelberry suppliers also showed a great interest. A number of commercial agreements are now being finalised to offer further products from direct suppliers and from some of the major GDS?s
? A number of sign-ups were also forthcoming for CSI Media latest generation Travelmodule systems, which recently went through a number of feature additions and updates
? CSI Media are also noted a major uptake on version three of their email marketing tool called eShoutz, which now offers improved customer profiling
Craig Stone went on to say:- “We have a lot of new and exciting travel technology software developments in the pipeline. Many of these are due to be launched over the next six months and we look forward to showcasing these at the next show. Our new tour operator software is scheduled to launch in summer 2007 and should help to open up further markets for CSI Media.”
