Cyprus City of Dreams with golf

Cyprus has emerged as a premier destination for luxury tourism and golf, thanks to two significant developments: The City of Dreams Mediterranean and the upcoming Limassol Greens Golf Resort.

The City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s largest integrated resort, is now open in Cyprus, offering a luxurious blend of entertainment, fine dining, and relaxation.

This five-star resort features 500 guest rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, a spa, and extensive MICE facilities.

The resort boasts over 8,000m² of flexible meeting and exhibition space, including a 2,000-guest capacity event lawn, a Grand Ballroom, and a dedicated MICE lobby.

Since opening its MICE facilities in July 2023, the resort has hosted 120 events, attracting over 300,000 visitors in just 18 months.

Adjacent is the soon-to-launch Limassol Greens Golf Resort, a championship golf course designed by Cabell B. Robinson, set to open at the end of summer 2025.

Limassol Greens boasts an 18-hole course spanning over 6,300 metres, featuring lush Tahoma 317 Bermuda grass fairways and Bent grass 007 greens for year-round playability.

The course is surrounded by Mediterranean flora and scenic wetlands.

With cutting-edge Trackman technology for precision ball tracking and a driving range featuring 15 Trackman bays, Limassol Greens caters to golfers of all skill levels.

Complementing the course are upscale facilities, including a clubhouse with dining and wellness amenities.

To celebrate these developments, a UK launch event was held last week at The Grove Golf Course.

Among the attendees was Marcos Baghdatis, former world number 8 tennis professional and resident sports ambassador at the City of Dreams Mediterranean.
