Incorporating a fully integrated travel fulfilment and back office system, the combined Datalex BookIt! FARES (TM) land rates engine and Dolphin for Windows (TM) solution enables faster and more efficient pricing and validation of ground products including hotel, car, insurance, attractions and packages. When a booking is confirmed, the itinerary details and prices are automatically handed over to Dolphin for Windows, which manages the fulfilment of the booking, payment collection, reconciliation, customer relationship management, in addition to the travel accounting and MIS (Management Information System) reporting.
