Dolphin Dynamics to launch new CRM product at TTE 2017
Travel technology company Dolphin Dynamics are launching a new CRM only product at the Travel Technology Show at Olympia, on the 22nd and 23rd of February.
Dolphin CRM is Dolphin Dynamics’ new affordable entry level product that allows travel companies to easily manage client information and identify their travel patterns such as preferences, passenger numbers, and spend levels.
Unlike generic CRM tools, Dolphin CRM lets you manage detailed travel related data, meaning you can capture information from reservation systems, follow up on enquiries and quotations and chase payments due.
Through its accurate reporting tool, it is easy to keep track of quote to booking conversions. Some optional features include a marketing tool to set up targeted email marketing campaigns as well as a function to capture enquiries made through a website form.
Roberto Da Re, CEO and founder of Dolphin Dynamics stated: "Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is about effective and personalised engagement with customers leveraging all the data and touchpoints during the sales process. Our new CRM only product helps small and medium sized travel companies do just that at an affordable introductory price level."
The system is available for purchase immediately. You can speak to the Dolphin Dynamics team at stand T101 at the Travel Technology Show at Olympia to find out more.
