Dozen injured on turbulent flight

Twelve people heading to Dublin were injured after another severe turbulence incident.
It happened aboard a Qatar Airways flight on Sunday after the plane was hit with turbulence on its way to Dublin, airport officials announced.
The flight from Doha landed at Dublin and was met by emergency services.
Dublin Airport posted on X that six passengers and six crew members were injured.
Eight of the twelve injured were taken to hospital.
Qatar Airways flight QR017 suffered turbulence as it flew over Turkey.
Last week a British man died during a severe turbulence incident on a Singapore Airlines flight from London to Singapore Changi Airport.
US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg says turbulence incidents are up by about 15%.
