E-Ticket processes made simple with Navitas Solutions

The latest suite of tools from Navitas Solutions, designed to streamline E-Ticket processes, removes all the guess work and manual intervention required when performing Ticket Reissues, Refunds and Revalidations.

The applications provide a simple point and click interface for entering all necessary data, with the required GDS fill in format screens and entries being automatically completed in the background.

Where possible ticket numbers, fare, tax amounts and other data is extracted from the booking file greatly improving speed and accuracy for users.

The tools are to be installed in all Galileo powered Advantage Focus Group agencies.
