EasyJet Holidays completes Board line-up

EasyJet Holidays has completed its Board line-up with the announcement of two new directors.
Paul Ablin, easyJet’s current group finance director, will join the holidays business as chief operating officer in September.
He will be responsible for the delivery of the corporate strategy and business model and will lead the holiday’s programme delivery capability, IT delivery, market expansion and distribution.
Matt Callaghan, currently easyJet’s head of group risk and assurance with responsibility for internal audit, risk management and business resilience, will be the new customer director for easyJet Holidays.
CEO Gary Wilson said the appointments added up to a ‘stand-out team’.
He said: "Paul and Matt have incredible experience to bring to our new venture and they also have strong relationships across easyJet to further strengthen our collaboration with the airline."
