easyJet renews travel insurance deal
EasyJet has renewed a pan-European travel insurance contract with Mondial Assistance.
The three-year pan-European deal is for the provision of online travel insurance to the airline’s passengers via a white label internet site.
Mondial Assistance was chosen by easyJet against tough competition to provide dynamically packaged travel insurance, branded as easyJet, in 16 countries.
Additionally, standalone insurance options will be available in all 21 of the countries served by the airline.
Mondial Assistance international sales director Erick Morazin said: “The easyJet contract is of great importance to our business and we are very excited to continue working with them. We look forward to introducing new developments over the coming months and continuing to lead the online travel insurance field with our innovative and bespoke solutions.”
