Explore Britain & Ireland 2006
Explore Holidays has used its extensive grasp of emerging UK and Ireland travel trends to launch its revamped ‘Explore Britain & Ireland 2006’ brochure featuring a new range of product some of which is exclusive to Explore.
The release of ‘Explore Britain & Ireland 2006’ is significant as it marks the start of a major roll-out for the company’s complete range of 2006 brochures as well as an airing of a complete re-work for the wholesaler’s overall product range.
According to The TravelSpirit Group Joint Managing Director, Bee Ho Teow, in line with the newly unveiled ‘Explore Britain & Ireland’ branding, each of the new brochures scheduled to appear over the coming weeks have all been re-titled, eg, ‘Explore Europe’, ‘Explore Canada & Alaska’, etc.
“This is part of a strategy intended to fully highlight the Explore Holidays brand while at the same time amalgamating the complete spread of product,” she said.
Ms Teow said a key element of the new look ‘Explore Britain & Ireland 2006’ brochure was its ability to help consultants to sell the destination more effectively.
Ms Teow said the essence of the ‘Explore Britain & Ireland 2006’ brochure’s ‘what to see’, ‘where to eat’ and ‘where to shop’ section had been designed to give a personal and genuine feel, such as you might find in a travel magazine editorial.
“There is provision for personal testimonials and reviews of recently discovered ‘hidden gems’ and ‘off the beaten track’ finds that independent travellers have discovered on past travels with Explore Holidays.
“These may be authentic restaurants, bars or cafes, specialty shops, wonderful markets and festivals, cultural experiences, local or authentic products, or any experience that has made a place memorable,” she said.
