Explore makes loyalty scheme shareable with family

Adventure operator Explore Worldwide is allowing loyal customers to pass on their perks to loved ones.

The new Pass It On offer lets customers share their level of discount and benefits with direct family members.

Explore re-vamped its loyalty programme last year.

“This is another great way for travel agents to attract new customers. Explore travellers are able to share it with their families,” said Ben Ittensohn, Director of Global Sales.

“A fast track into the loyalty programme means that new customers are immediately welcomed into the Explore family.”

Agents with customers that are loyal travellers with Explore can share their discount with family – the agent will just need to quote Pass It On when making the new booking, as well as the name of the existing loyal customer.
