FCM Travel now Flight Centre Travel Group’s largest brand
FCM Travel is now the largest brand in the Flight Centre Travel Group’s portfolio globally based on total transaction value (TTV).
The announcement comes as FLT revealed its FY25 profit guidance at its Annual General Meeting.
FCM Travel has a presence in over 90 countries across the world.
FCM Travel, celebrating its 20th birthday this year, generated 31% of FLT’s fiscal year 2024 TTV, compared to 20% in FY19.
The top industries handled by FCM Travel for FY24 were manufacturing, technology, government, finance and banking, and education.
“We have made huge strides over the last two decades to set ourselves apart in the industry,” said Melissa Elf, Global COO, Flight Centre Corporate.
“What we’ve seen in recent times is that corporate travel is anything but discretionary, it’s very much seen as a necessity for businesses to survive and thrive.”
“Our continued investment in our teams, services, and technology has only amplified our mission to offer travel buyers the capability, visibility, and flexibility to manage their business travel.”
The company recently launched the global corporate-specific AI Centre of Excellence which empowers its agents through smart automation.
FCM Travel offers the Meetings and Events (M&E) and Consulting arms, which deliver a complete suite to customers, Elf says.
“Our M&E business has repositioned to become a worldwide leader in its sector.”
