Fiji Airways joining American Airlines’ AAdvantage program

American Airlines is adding flag carrier Fiji Airways to its AAdvantage travel rewards program later this year.
It gives AAdvantage members further options for South Pacific travel via Fiji Airways, as well as perks like priority check-in and boarding and enhanced award redemption.
“We are taking our partnership with Fiji Airways one step further by unlocking more destinations and travel experiences,” said Anmol Bhargava, American’s VP of Partnerships. “
We look forward to welcoming Fiji Airways customers into the AAdvantage program.”
Fiji Airways serves 26 destinations in 15 countries and territories.
It just announced it will become a full member of the oneworld airline alliance in 2025.
“This loyalty partnership marks a significant milestone, bringing together two renowned carriers to offer new benefits to millions of travelers,” said Fiji Airways CEO, Andre Viljoen. “
