Infinity & Beyond Travel and Full Circle roll out Dolphin’s CRM technology to streamline business processes and improve customer communication.
Offering tailor-made itineraries to world-wide destinations, Infinity & Beyond Travel has chosen to use the Dolphin system to maintain a customer base and keep a centralised record of enquiries and bookings. They will also use it to capture external emails and store them in a central place. The Dolphin CRM system will help Infinity & Beyond Travel communicate with their clients, target them with personalised offers through email marketing campaigns and provide them with a personalised customer service.
Oxfordshire based independent travel company Full Circle will be able to use Dolphin CRM to segment their client database by spend, past travel patterns and preferences. They will be able to easily spot sales patterns within their business with the help of a range of reports. They will also be able to store email conversations between their staff and their customers in a centralised place within the Dolphin system.
