Investment Adventures seeks agent partnerships for new overseas property fact-finding tours
A new company which takes groups of potential overseas property buyers to emerging destinations and investment hotspots is looking to form partnerships with travel agents in the UK.
Investment Adventures wants to negotiate commission-based agreements with agents to help grow its market penetration.
It will take its first group of five to 12 UK buyers in June to Morocco and Montenegro, and plans to take similar-sized groups to Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Iceland, and Romania throughout this year.
In partnership with Original Travel, packages start from £850 per person, including flights, four nights’ luxury accommodation, transfers, dinner at two leading restaurants, excursions and tours to property sites that meet with the visiting buyers criteria.
Company press officer Brett Gregory-Peake said: “We recognise the need to work closely with trade partners, to maximise both the reach and the quality of the service. Our programme fits inline with the UK home buyers’ growing interest in overseas investment across emerging markets.
“We are already collaborating with investment agencies, tourist boards and developers on an international level and we look forward to increasing partnership arrangements that will enable us to break into new territories.”
He said the new service aimed to give people the confidence to buy overseas by putting them in touch with reliable sources and industry professionals who can guide them through legalities, offer quality advice, share experiences and arrange visits to real estate sites.
“There is also an element of ‘safety in numbers’, as travellers will be able to discuss their ideas and thoughts with other members of the group,” he said.
