Jeju Air teams up with Amadeus to boost revenue management
Jeju Air recently signed a new technology agreement with Amadeus to deploy Amadeus Segment Revenue Management Flex (Amadeus SRM Flex).
Jeju Air is now strategically ramping up cost competitiveness efforts to boost its bottom line.
Amadeus integrated the SRM Flex solution into its suite of products after acquiring Kambr, a US based startup in 2022.
SRM Flex was fully integrated as part of the Amadeus Revenue Management Portfolio.
Jaepil Jung, Chief Commercial Officer, Jeju Air said: “Amadeus SRM Flex will help us understand exactly how the Jeju Air routes are performing, allowing our team to easily find revenue opportunities from the information.”
As we grow our tour operator business, we are working with Amadeus to develop the solution to accurately manage and forecast bookings.”
Amadeus SRM Flex will enable Jeju Air to automate daily workflows.
The solution is designed to enable Jeju Air to better anticipate and deliver on customer demand to maximise revenues.
