July launch for Internet Traveller website

Sunday, 30 Jun, 2008 0

The Internet Traveller, part of the Freedom Travel Group, will be launching its website www.theinternettraveller.com in the first week of July. Charles Clark, Managing Director of The Internet Traveller, approached CSI Media to create the new travel website, as CSI Media offer a range of travel technology solutions ranging from Travelmodule enquiry websites to Travelberry online bookable systems, all of which feature dynamic packaging functionality.

Theinternettraveller.com is an online bookable website offering flights, hotels, city breaks, package holidays and tailor-made worldwide holidays. As well as allowing customers to book competitive deals, the Travelberry (Tour OP) platform behind the website, allows a large amount of rich textual content and photographs to be added to the site in order to provide extensive destination and resort information. Theinternettraveller.com website also has integrated Google mapping, Resort videos and the facility to send the offers direct from the website to a friend via email.

Theinternettraveller.com has a unique log-in facility, allowing customers to sign in and view their booking, which also allows them to pay their balance from the convenience of their own home without having to make any phone calls. Customers can request amendments to be made to their booking whilst logged into the website, and also have to ability to send duplicates of the booking confirmation to themselves. The website also offers 100% guaranteed secure online booking.

Charles, said “ Theinternettraveller.com is a fully bookable travel website offering all low cost, schedule and charter flights together with over 100,000 hotels world wide, car hire, package holidays and much more – covering all elements of a holiday. Being able to offer such a vast range of travel products means that the website has to be very complex, whilst remaining easy to use.

CSI Media understood exactly how we want our website to look and function, as well as coming up with their own ideas and suggestions to enhance our initial concept.

It is common knowledge that there are many travel websites, often offering a similar product. However, consumers are regularly drawn to familiar brand names regardless of offers that could be found elsewhere. Therefore it was imperative that The Internet Traveller website, whilst offering the most competitive holiday prices around, is as cutting edge and as user friendly as possible. CSI Media’s development of the newest technology and their website expertise means they could deliver a product over and above our initial expectations.”
