To make corporate travel arrangements as well as holidays many business travellers use websites such as Flairview’s own HotelClub.com.au and RatesToGo.com. We have found that business travellers want to be kept informed and like to use feedback channels through newsletters, consumer reviews, emails and even on the phone.”

Business travellers are also frequenting membership clubs, saving additional cash through value ads, ongoing special member discounts, deals and pre-offer opportunities that ultimately assists the bottom line.
