Most Brits support airport drinking limits
Nearly two-thirds of Britons are in favour of imposed limits on airport drinking.
YouGov conducted a survey this week which found 62% of Brits support a two-drink limit at airport bars.
It follows comments by Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary, calling for a crackdown on excessive pre-flight drinking.
He has said passengers should be restricted to two drinks at airports.
O’Leary said regular flight delays are adding to the problem, giving passengers more time to down drinks prior to their flight.
The two-drink limit survey was conducted on 28 August when YouGov surveyed 6,771 British adults.
Last year three quarters (75%) of respondents to a YouGov global survey said drunkenness was unacceptable airline behaviour
