NCL announces Philly homeport for 2026
Norwegian Cruise Line is returning to the Port of Philadelphia for the first time in many years.
On April 16, 2026, Norwegian Jewel will sail seven-to-nine-day cruises to Bermuda, launching the city as a new cruise destination.
Philadelphia cruises will depart from the SouthPort Marine Terminal Complex, where plans are underway with the local government to develop a facility to welcome cruisers.
Jewel’s Bermuda itineraries will feature overnight calls to Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda.
This new homeport for NCL will provide the Mid-Atlantic region more access to cruising.
“The Port of Philadelphia is extremely excited to partner with Norwegian Cruise Line, ” said Jeff Theobald, executive director and CEO of PhilaPort.
“We look forward to this next phase of growth.”
NCL’s new 2026 spring/summer season includes nearly 250 itineraries for nine ships.
They will call to 30 unique destinations across the Caribbean, Bermuda, Bahamas, Canada and New England, as well as Alaska.
