Tour operator Newmarket Holidays has revamped its agent-dedicated website with new features and improvements.

Among the upgrades is the introduction of a centralised location for all agent-based downloadable product materials; and simplified document downloads.

On the new site, access to all agent-based product material has been moved to a centralised location, accessible globally from the agent’s menu.

There is also an additional feature which enables agents to generate documents containing information on the itinerary of a tour, which can be downloaded and given directly to customers.

Other benefits include an option to generate optional images for use on social media.

Head of Trade Sales, Richard Forde, said: “We believe that the improved functionality of the site will make it easier than ever for agents to navigate our site for the information they need.”
