Tourists visiting the Northern Territory will soon have to pay to visit beauty spots and national parks.
The NT government recently said it will press ahead with an online pass to visit certain attractions.
It will come into effect in April next year and costs $25.
NT residents will be exempt.
It applies to 50 of the 85 government-managed parks and reserves, including Nitmiluk National Park, and the Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve.
In addition to the Northern Territory Parks Pass, relevant camping and walking fees are still payable.
The NT government predicts the Park Pass could bring in $7 million annually.
