Party Hard Travel looks to double in-resort team
Party Hard Travel is launching a recruitment drive with plans to double its in-resort team for summer 2019.
It comes after the ‘most successful’ season in the company’s history and with expectations that the demise of Club 18-30 will further boost its market share.
A recruitment campaign, led by head of overseas Jodie Pilgrim, plans to expand the resort team to 30 next summer season.
"Working as a resort host is a hugely responsible position. It means long days, knowing how to think on your feet and being able to deliver consistently strong experience," said Pilgrim.
"We’re moving away from old fashioned ideas of party travel reps. With Club 18-30 leaving the market, we feel this gives us a huge opportunity to become the go to brand for this generation."
The Guildford-based company has recently grown its UK team from five to eight full time staff, recruiting from its resort teams.
All recent graduates, Luke Harris was the host for Malia, Alex Dudeney for Zante and Lana Eardley for Ibiza. All have now joined the UK office.
"They are a motivated, enthusiastic and customer-service driven bunch who will help us in our drive to become the market leader in the party travel sector over the next 12 months" said Nathan Cable, head of sales and marketing and co-founder of the group, along with Barry Moore.
