Philippine Airlines planning new Seattle route
Philippine Airlines will launch a new US route later this year.
It will start flying from Manila to Seattle three times a week starting in early May 2020.
Seattle becomes the flag carrier’s fifth US city after Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco.
The route will be operated by new long range Airbus A350-900s.
The jets offer 295 seats, including 30 in Business Class and 24 in Premium Economy.
PAL also plans to restart three times a week flights linking Cebu to Los Angeles in May.
The route was suspended back in 2017 due to weak demand at the time.
Separately, PAL said it would start a new China service from Clark International Airport to Quanzhou using Airbus A320 planes.
