It also shared Massachusetts tourism economic impact data.
This was the first time MOTT has hosted a press conference at IPW.
Information about the state’s upcoming MA 250 campaign was featured in nearly 120 appointments with members of the international travel trade and media.
Nearly 6,000 attendees were at IPW 2024.
Massachusetts will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution state-wide with exhibits, tours, trails, and reenactments over the next three years.
“As states across the country are planning to commemorate 250 years of America’s independence in 2026, Massachusetts will put its rich history throughout the state on full display,” said Kate Fox, Executive Director of MOTT.
“It will amplify stories of independence and revolution that make Massachusetts remarkable to this day.”
“We invite visitors from around the globe to join us for a commemoration of our past.”
