Qatar Airways extends FIFA partnership
A year after the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, flag carrier Qatar Airways has renewed its longstanding partnership with FIFA.
The collaboration will now run until 2030, as the Global Airline Partner.
The agreement will cover several FIFA tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, and the FIFA World Cup 2030, as well as all youth men’s and women’s tournaments.
Qatar Airways has been a key FIFA partner since May 2017.
Qatar Airways Group CEO, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, said: “This partnership allows us to reach millions of football fans. Football has the power to unite people across cultures and continents.”
Fans will soon have access to exclusive travel packages including match tickets, flights, and accommodation for select FIFA tournaments, through a dedicated Qatar Airways platform.
