I wouldn't trust any of my clients to an Etraveli platform. In my personal experience if something goes wrong, like a flight cancellation, their customer services and trade relations are inexistent. Tried all their communications channels for refund due to a cancelled flight and, after three months, they still refuse. The airline is willing to pay through Etraveli but the platform is still keeping the money. I have written to Johan Elwin, Chief Commercial Officer at Etraveli Group, three times and he has never replied my messages. After reading several reviews, it seems this is their modus operandi.

I see they are expanding very fast, however I wouldn't trust my customers to an eTraveli platform. Their customer service is non-existent. I personally booked through them flights for my family and after the airline cancelled my flight, eTraveli refused to give me a refund as they say that my flight was non-refundable. I spoke to the airline and they are of course willing to give the refund as they cancelled the flight, but the money is sent to eTraveli as booking platform but they are not paying me back. It has already been more than 3 months and. reading reviews, it seems to be their modus operandi. I have personally written to Johan Elwin three times but he ignores my messages. So frustrating.
