Radisson RED checking in to Laos
Radisson Hotel Group is planting its flag in another South East Asian capital city: Vientiane, Laos.
It just signed Radisson RED Vientiane in partnership with La Vie Hotels & Resorts.
This is the company’s first Radisson RED brand in Laos, and expands upon an agreement with La Vie Hotels & Resorts to incorporate over 30 hotels into the Group’s portfolio over the next decade.
The Vientiane hotel is set to open in Q4 2024.
The new-build property will offer 145 rooms and suites, including a collection of Pool Access Rooms, plus a pool, restaurant, fitness centre and business lounge.
It will also feature extensive meetings and events space, including two ballrooms.
Vientiane’s Wattay International Airport is just 15 minutes’ drive from the new Vientiane hotel.
David Nguyen, MD, Indochina and Strategic Partnerships, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “Radisson Hotel Group’s entry into another South East Asian capital city is an important moment as we accelerate our expansion strategy in Asia Pacific.”
The Radisson RED brand has nearly 80 hotels in operation and under development including upcoming openings in Phuket and Cebu.
