RCG/SunTrips partners with Mexicana
RCG Companies, one of the largest leisure travel-tour operators in the US, announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, SunTrips, has signed a partnership with Mexicana Airlines.
SunTrips is replacing its charter flight fleet with Mexicana Airline’s scheduled service.
SunTrips departs from Oakland, CA to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.
Said Mike Pruitt, CEO of RCG:
“This agreement expands SunTrips’ exclusive relationship with Mexicana Airlines to now include both Denver and Oakland for out leisure vacation packages.”
He said Mexicana airplanes will also offer such amenities as in-flight movies, complimentary cocktails and a choice of hot meals on all flights.
The San Jose, California-based SunTrips serves more than 180,000 passengers per year with packaged trips to Honolulu, Maui, Kona, Kauai, Costa Rica and other destinations.
