Regent Seven Seas Cruises reveals name of new ship

Monday, 24 Jun, 2024 0

Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveiled the name of its newest upcoming ship, Seven Seas Prestige.

It is the first of a brand new class of vessel due for delivery in 2026.

Seven Seas Prestige is the line’s first new ship class in 10 years, following the Explorer-Class vessels which launched in 2016, 2020 and 2023.

“This is a historic moment for Regent Seven Seas Cruises,” said Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“This new ship will be the epitome of timeless elegance.”

Prestige will accommodate 850 guests, with one of the highest passenger-to-space ratios in the cruise industry.

“Unrivalled Space at Sea is a key pillar for Regent and a primary desire for luxury travelers,” DeMarco added.

Seven Seas Prestige will be the first of two Prestige-Class ships, with a second launching in 2029.

The new ship class will introduce new accommodation categories, including a transformed Regent Suite, plus new dining experiences.

More details will be revealed at a later date.
