Saturday Night Live rips Southwest Airlines

Saturday Night Live’ hilariously trolled Southwest Airlines’ flight meltdown at the weekend.

It sent up the airline’s outdated equipment and systems which led to days of disruption.

In a ski performed by Michael B. Jordan and others, Saturday Night Live didn’t hold back.

“We are finally upgrading our entire communication system to 2008 Dell computers,” it went.

“Mistakes were made but some of it’s on you.”

“You bought a ticket. You obviously don’t respect yourself, so why should we?”

It also vowed to ‘keep track of air traffic with computers instead of pen and paper.’

Southwest took an estimated hit of about $800 million from  16,000 flights cancelled in late December.
