Seaborn launches new web app
Luxury line Seaborn has launched a new guest web app, called Seabourn Source.
The app offers updated information on all aspects of a customer’s voyage directly via their smart phone, tablet or laptop.
Seabourn Source publishes details on scheduled activity and entertainment programs daily, menus and meal times for all dining venues and the ability to browse and book shore excursions.
"Intuitive, personalized service is at the core of Seabourn, and the launch of Seabourn Source represents another example of our goal to provide a smooth and seamless service," said Gerald Mosslinger, Seabourn’s hotel operations VP.
"Seabourn Source will enhance our guests’ onboard and shoreside experience, allowing them to easily navigate and identify the information they need."
The app also lets guests connect to paid satellite internet and keep up to date with all port call times, including arrivals and departures.
Seaborn Source can operate on the ship’s own network, so users need not incur Internet or data charges using the app.
