Norwegian Cruise Line has announced over seven months of cancelled cruises for the Norwegian Sun.

It affects voyages from March 28 until November 3, 2025, citing ‘fleet redeployment.’

It has informed impacted guests and their travel agents by letter.

The canceled cruises number 22 different voyages, which are mostly sailings in Europe and the Middle East.

Guests can avail a full refund and will get an additional 10% future cruise credit valid for cruises until the end of 2025.

“We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you aboard very soon,” it said.

NCL recently cancelled three months of Norwegian Escape cruises scheduled for January to March 2025.

Norwegian Sun has a capacity of nearly 2,000 guests at double occupancy.

Norwegian Cruise Line has informed guests that sister ship Norwegian Sky is sailing similar itineraries to the cancelled Norwegian Sun sailings during the same time in summer 2025.
