All other UK travellers, excluding children under 12, will still need to present a Covid certificate showing proof of being fully vaccinated (at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain.

If more than 270 days have passed since the last dose, proof of a booster jab is also required.

Prior to travelling to Spain, all passengers must also present a QR code which is obtained from filling in the Health Control Form (FCS in Spanish) available via Spain Travel Health.

This new entry rules are for all travellers from the UK and outside of the European Union for arrival to all of Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands.

Spain’s Minister for Trade, Industry and Tourism, Reyes Maroto, said: "As one of the world’s favourite tourism destinations, we are committed to making travel to Spain a safe and easy experience, especially for families travelling with children."
