 Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney was voted the “Most Outstanding Hotel” at The City of Sydney Business Awards held last week.

Businesses were visited anonymously by independent judges and evaluated on set criteria, including quality of customer service, value for money, range of products and the appearance of business and staff. The 2007 awards received an exceptional 13,000 votes.

“We are proud that Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney was chosen as the winner of this prestigious award,” said the hotel’s resident manager, Mr. Rob Weeden. “Local business plays an integral role to our overall tourism offering in Sydney. To be acknowledged as one of the best is a terrific honour.”
