Take your festivities to new heights with Restaurateur Michael Moore, who promises an endless parade of gourmet treats including a full a la carte choice menu as you revolve 47 levels above the city.

Entrée includes a choice of sea plate of seared prawns, grilled scallops and oysters with roasted tomato chilli jam, duck confit with caramalised honey walnuts, verjuice and honey pear remoulade or blueswimmer crab cocktail with hass avocado, olive oil mayonnaise and pickled cucumber.

A superb selection of main courses to choose from include roasted turkey and 7 spice glazed ham with glazed apple tart and french mustard, roasted aged angus beef rib, fresh horseradish, confit garlic potatoes in a shiraz jus or baked Tasmanian salmon in butter pastry with young leeks and asparagus in a champagne sauce.

Top off with a traditional dessert of christmas pudding with macerated strawberries and biscotti, potted sweet cherries and pannetone ice cream, grappa tiganello or chocolate tart with hazlenut butterscotch. Petit four of mince pies, and truffles served with fresh tea or coffee will also be served.

Santa will even make an appearance on Christmas Day Lunch to ensure the kids have a memorable day.
