Dolphin Dynamics has continued to extend its tour operator customer base, with Azure Collection and Specialist Travel amongst the latest to roll-out its sales and management software.

The tour operators use Dolphin to manage and sell both directly contracted and third-party suppliers. Providing a single sales booking journey, along with contract management and back-office functionality forming an end-to-end solution designed to streamline operational activities and enhance customer service.

The Dolphin solution supports allocation management, automated two – way supplier communication, complex pricing and special offers. Full tailor – made, dynamic and  pre-packaged arrangements are all standard features.  Dolphin also integrates with web Content Management System Sitefinity to provide industry leading B2B and B2C online solutions.

Andy Mills, Head Of Sales and Marketing at Dolphin Dynamics added, "Dolphin provides tour operators with a highly flexible software platform that enables them to focus on selling, with the confidence that the best options for the customer are returned and the pricing and any rules are all taken care of. One click quote to book, automated supplier communications and a highly optimised workflow manager mean that administration is minimised, allowing sales consultants to spend more time focused on the customer."
