14 April 2004, London – TQ3 Travel Solutions, one of the leading global travel management companies, has signed a worldwide agreement with the global leader in on demand CRM services, salesforce.com, for the implementation of a new comprehensive Customer Relationship Management system for an initial 500 users. The new CRM system supports TQ3’s global CRM strategy and further strengthens the quality service it provides to leading corporations by upgrading its current practice of multiple CRM tools into one global solution. “We are committed to providing our clients with the best quality global service, a philosophy and practice which has seen us win $400 million worth of multinational accounts in the past 12 months alone.
