Travelex launches click-and-collect in Hong Kong
Foreign exchange brand Travelex has launched an online click-and-collect service in Hong Kong.
This enables customers to purchase their travel cash in advance online.
Customers can now reserve over 30 different currencies, including Japanese Yen, Thai Baht, US Dollar and British Pounds, via the Travelex Hong Kong website.
Foreign exchange orders are then available for collection at five of Travelex’s Hong Kong bureaux, located at airport and city locations, including ifc mall and Tung Chung Crescent.
Ordering travel cash online is free of any additional fees.
Up to HKD 50,000 in foreign exchange can be ordered online per order, with the order available for collection as soon as the next day.
Dragon Wan, Managing Director Asia, Travelex said: “With online ordering having proved to be hugely popular in many of our other markets, we are excited to introduce the service to Hong Kong.”
“Online ordering offers many benefits like no hidden fees and the convenience of collecting currency from one of our airport or city bureaux.”
